why arent my rings working?

I have 2 fully upgraded rings for ZM which gives the health back. I have noticed they are not working in ZM, and they are equipped.

I tried to unequip and equip again and no difference.

also they used to work, i have not played in about 8 months, and now they do not

It's how it works. You may have to kill 5 zombies or 50 zombies to get some hp back.

Same here,after waste 10k zp to buy them both got them both equipped and no thing ,maybe 2 hp once in every 30-40 games.its just ridiculous
