I got a ban for nothing. Reason: Cheats. There are no cheats. I wrote in January and April in those. support, to which they replied that they can not help, and if I write to them again, they will ignore the barter. What kind of support is it? I'm sorry that I played this game for 8 years, and eventually got a ban for nothing. I was not given any evidence, and no normal answers. I wanted to contact support directly. Call by phone number, or go online chat. But they did not do anything. I'm sorry for so much time spent in this game and money. My nickname in the game - My. y2nG_8. I ask you to remove me the ban that was given to me by mistake, or contact me if you need to provide any identity documents. I just do not know, I'm very upset. I hope there are normal employees who will understand and help. I did not believe before, when people said that they were banned for nothing. Now, when myself is in such a situation, I believe. I'm shocked.

Well you got a reason & reply, I've been waiting for 8 working days now lol. I think to be honest if you look at from my prespective, i've played the closed beta of this game, played the game since 2009. The thing about my ban is idk if i'm allowed to say it, but it happened on a sunday, and i know that staff aren't in on a sunday so i'm going to assume an automated system did it. Now you see the problem is i've read the terms and conditions about 5 times now fully read and gone through it. There is litteraly nothing i can say from any one them where i'd get banned. Playing since 2009 for 9 years straight and you know i've been patient for 8 working days just for a reply just anything at all. I'll be very interested to know what i've been banned for. very interested. To ban someone who's been following your terms and conditions for 9 years and suddenly out of nowhere did nothing just logged in, got disconnected, tried logging in again poof you've been banned permanently, clearly the system's having a laugh because there is nothing to even suggest that i broken any of the policies. I'm writing this to you because you aren't the only one alright i'm going through the same thing right now if your truly innocent write another ticket after a few days, be honest straight forward, read the policies make sure you have not broken any of them and then point it out but be honest and true. Reads the terms and conditions. I'm still waiting, i'm hoping for a reply which will shed some light on my situation because i can't do anything then be patient i don't know what i'm suppose to do except wait, but i've never had to wait this long for a ticket so yeah it is what it is and the end of the day i haven't done anything wrong and i know that so we'll see when i get a reply as well. What i'm trying to say to you is, go through the terms and conditions and make sure you haven't broken any of them. Later.

You sure you didn't harass anyone one bit? Just a joke that they don't get can lead you to a ban if they report you.

Also i can assure 100% when support ban an account - they are 200% sure first that account is violating one of those terms first,

So you don't have to use hacks to get permanently banned, is not the only reason, are also other reasons (as account sharing) - even you didn't know your account was used by someone else - when z8 got the prove your account was using by two differend presons - they block the account - and this is only one example, are many others actions that lead to account block.

Anyway once the support center tell you the account was violating terms and conditions = will never be unblocked

Not always my mate got banned and posted the screenshot in group chat of when he tried to log on saying that it was perm ban due to cheating, he eventually got unbanned though. Glad they fixed the mistake.
