What is ur job there? I'm so curious.This game has A LOT of problems, do you even TRY to fix any? No.And why's that? I'm getting errors in the middle of the match, my ping is getting higher for no reason(AND NO, NO Z8 ITS NOT BECAUSE OF MY INTERNET PROVIDER, MY PING STAYS THE SAME IN EVERY OTHER GAME I PLAY, EXCEPT YOURS), there are hackers, mentally afk people, rigged black market system(and dont you even dare to say that it isn't rigged.. people keep complaining about it and all you do is tell them "it depends on luck").You try to do as many events as possible and maybe give us 10-15 free crates for every event completed in order to shut our mouths and magically "forget" about how you don't give a da*n about this game.I agree, every online free to play game has cheaters, but not that many and not with these kind of hacks, people usually wall and use hs aimbot in other games, BUT HERE? Here people are flying, using speed hacks(and nope, don't tell me to report them, I reported someone with such an obvious hack, which is speed hack, and he didn't get banned or anything, I reported him in june, I just checked and the last time he was online was 2 days ago.So, you don't ban as many hackers as you should, you don't fix most of the errors that this game has, you don't care/know how to fix this ping problem that me and some other players are having and another thing would be the coupon weapons, if I'm not wrong, you made a poll on discord, asking us about the coupon weapons and if I'm not wrong, people chose to change them every 3 months but not to such "special and amazing weapons", just regular guns with some skins.That poll was in march or april, I don't know exactly, the thing is, 3 months has passed and still, you didn't change the coupon weapons.Please, someone make understand and explain to me, what are the GMs doing all day, because I just can't figure it out.And as usual, I'm waiting those guys who will come here and will protect this game's staff with their heart and will do anything to prove me wrong in everything I said, I'm waiting boys/girls.
