What Happen To This Game !!

What happen to this game ?
Most of old and good player leave it due to following
1 - hackers : Main Reason : 3-8 hackers in each room and GM didnt take any action or make solution .
2 - bad event : specially this year except May event
3 - No any ribbon ( old and new ) this year except 1 in March
4 - No reward for 60 ribbon
5 - some ribbon bugged since more than year like ( cw ribbon ) and GM replay same answer and nothing happen until now .
6 - Bad server : every time error or disconnect .
7 - Poor Support Team
Take Action and do necessary.

Hackers are being detected and auto banned. They just create more and more new accounts.

I restarted play this game some months ago, but there are too many cheaters so I already quit. This game is so sad it's funny to play but z8 ruined all. Reports are useless, 1 got banned 5 already created a new account. And if you need some help trought ticket about your account they just ignore you. Z8 gm's really sad people.
