problem with the support team ?

i posted this topic three days ago http://forum.z8games.com/forum/crossfire/crossfire-barracks/6861910-about-the-form-of-the-competition

some people here or on Discord said to send support team and they will help me

after the leader of the team sent them they just told him "Unfortunately, teams cannot be edited or deleted once created."

and we can't register again for the team so by this message we understood we will not be acceptable because there wrong photo for member of the team
so we sent him again how can u accept us ?

but he didn't answer the Q and just repeated the same message like a bot ! so if the support team can't help us, who will ? and what we should do to get chance for join the competition ?

i don't know what happened but they closed the ticket after the last message in the picture above

in the beginning when it was suba games (or whatever) i think there were humans in support... maybe they evolved to the bots that are there today? or it's cheaper to use bots instead of pay real humans

hey no it's still humans replying to support tickets lol. Anyways regarding changes to teams, after we announce the selected teams we will communicate with their captains regarding any last minute changes or missing information. so sit tight and wait until the teams are announced.

he should answer the Q we didn't mistakes but he just ignored the Q and closed the ticket
anyway we waiting and thanks for helping
