Some sort of verification

I know this has been suggested multiple times, but I think that having CFNA require some sort of extra verification, whether it be SMS, email, authentication apps or... Well, anything really, would be nice.

It's very annoying to know that hackers or griefers or generally anyone can just up and make a CF account, possibly get banned, then shrug it off to make a new account.
All they have to do is make up some random email account and there they go. I still think thats a bit... Outdated, and gives too many people too much trust. I'm not too sure what CFNA can do outside of what I listed, but any sort of verification steps would be a nice thing to have.

1000 IQ suggestion. That way, when a hacker gets perm blocked, he'd have a much harder time trying to set up another account. Really hope z8 would implement this.

I'm a bit late, but I like this suggestion and would love to see something like this implemented. I definitely think it would also further help them crack down on these hackers and make it much more difficult for them to come back with another account. So it's a +1 from me
