Perm block

Hello GM'S!
I just got a question how i got perm block that i not play for a month and i told my brother only do monthly mix up only and he say he did play ranks and when the game is disconcert he login back to game it say got perm block.

And i want to say i never cheat or anything and i am Zombies Mode play i play PVP only event time when death no count cause i want my KDR high also i got AK beast as will.
When i send ticket i got same answer when my brother submit ticket.

Look i span about $1000 USD there so i want my account back you all know there so many hacker in game never got banned but i don't know how i got block for doing nothing.

I am sorry about my bad English.
BTW I am not a kid!

Let see what people's are answer in this thread.
Also I want to see what GM's are answer as will...

Sorry but ask yourself if you can really trust the version of the events your brother is giving to you...
People coming here saying they are ban for nothing is frequent, it might happen sometimes ok, maybe... but seriously, since all this years i played, left the game and came back, none of my friends or clan players i knew who are/was legit players never experienced a perm ban out of nowhere.

I don't want to judge without knowing but to me it's pretty obvious that your brother is lying to you, the fact he was plying ranked gives even more credits to this :

Many hackers in ranked for the last few weeks, he tried ranked, got beat by hackers so he got mad and came back with a hack and got caught.

Sorry but this version is more realistic than a permanent ban coming out from nowhere.

i bet youre lying, you got banned for hacking and now telling a story thats all fabricated to try and get sympathy, im glad you spent 1000$ on here and got banned, i been telling people for years dont spend money on this game, they dont do enough to rid the game of hackers so why even waste money for the stress...

That happened to some friends of mine........ Good Luck, they didnt have it,, they lost their accounts.. but real cheaters are owning the game...

once these gm's make up their mind to ban you or take away a ribbon, their minds are made up no amount of support tickets will mean anything, sad but true.. power trip to the max..

support tickets do nothing and you know it. be real

Watch your mouth man i was in my country when i back to USA my account is already banned.
So i use cheat why i need wasting my money on game?
If you are not kid think smart way.

Also if i cheat why i bother to GM's.
