changing email from admission ticket

hi i don't want to talk a lot about this and get to the point

now when i want to change my old email to the new one i can't bring back my old one because its hacked and i can't retrieve it so my this is my only option to change it, so when i"am in the process to make a request to change it i can't bypass it because it's asking me to add a payment information and i don't have a payment method so i"am asking that is there a way for completing the process?
