Equity for Ranked Match NA

Make the server (UK or NA) selection random upon starting a ranked game. Doesn't matter what server you're in. This way you guys can give some justice to NA because at this point only UK is benefiting from this mode.

This is my last attempt at making ranked equal to NA and UK, and if not well too bad I'll move on to something else :P
