they don't even bother answering tickets... even when it's a issue of finance and rewards, let alone i can't imagine the hack replays they get and their solutions

FINALLY I GOT MY STUFF!, yet the ticket is still open with no replies which is weird, maybe it was a system bug, which delayed the items distribution.
