banned or no?

I have proplem with support staff first i have sent a lot of support ticket without any help in first image they told me that my account not blocked and ordered me to send ticket to account admin so GM can help you

i follow their advise , i send a ticket account admin and they told me that my account was perm banned.

now i want to know the account banned or no
Note: my pc was hacked and the account was stolen

Try sending another ticket inquiring about the ban reason even though they send it every time when you question a banned account.

Dude, if the thieve used any illegal program on your account "even if you don't know or didn't allow him to" your account will be Blocked!
no one can help you here but, most likely that you have been blocked for "Hacking/Bot program/ Farming" or any third part program even if it wasn't your fault
so, try a new ticket and see the reason of the Ban then start a new account.
