Hello everybody,

So two weeks ago i was playing an usual ranked match. I was having quite good stats for 2 or 3 matches in a row and all of a sudden a massage popped up telling me 'Disconected from server'. When i tried to log in again, i was told that my account was banned permanently. Immediately i tried to contact the admins via discord. Got no replys. Afterwards i sent out several Support Tickets. All i got was an automatic reply that i was banned for cheating. But i never used a cheat in my life. As a top, this all happened a few days after i bought a BIG bunch of ZP.

Turns out that crossfires solution to the omnipresent cheater-problem is banning everything that is hitting two headshots in a row. So i apply to you guys to think twice before charging ZP the next time. I just lost an account worth several hundreds of euros for nothing. And i am by far not the first one this happened to.
