Credit to the clan and clan survivalist ribbons missing

I sent a support ticket a while ago about my issue, but I was ignored as it seems.
I have more than 10.000 kills and more than 1.000 wins in clan wars, but for some reason I'm still missing the clan war ribbons for years. Can a GM at least add them manually on my account?

seems like there was an issue to track the data of each account before the profile/clan page shut down and after it up'ed again and as a result the cw/hmx ribbons are now bugged.

I am as well sent dozens of tickets about me and my clan mates missing the credit to the clan ribbon but the tickets were ignored just as yours.

like seriously why they can't add the ribbons manually to the accounts of people who send them tickets and claims to be qualified?why is there even a support system for?first they say they "we do not don't stack" items ,then they also say "you didn't complete the event by our database" and ask for proof(even tho the tracker shows we did complete it),and now they refuse to take 2 minuets of their day to add ribbons to players account that were working years for them(the same players who put their OWN money into this game and support this game time after time even tho are endless hacking waves and the lack of assistance from staff)
