new report system

obviously there is a lot of hackers and now they used to play on their main account as they find that no one is reporting and if we did they didn't get ban -actually i dunno why they don't- but anyway i got a better system for this , you can make an in game report system after each game for easy reports and when someone is reported the replay is uploaded automatically so you will have the replay.

also to avoid report spamming and to avoid wasting time watching a lot of replays, make for each account something like a CV , whenever he reaches 10 reports he get a 1 day account block and you get notice that he reached 10 reports , then you watch only one replay or 2 or 3 as you like to be sure if he is hacking or not . if he is not ,expand his limit to 15 reports and reset.

it is not a well designed system but if you accepted the idea i gonna make it more better and send it for you.
