Completed the games but no crates?

I have completed 25 games on san francisco td and 5 games on warm up mode ....and yet no crates for both of the events neither of them

I've get the 5 r red eagle crates for for play 5 warm up games
But didn't get the 5 crates for the ;lady liberty' event even tho I completed 25 games
I guess there are some rules for this event that they didn't mention in the op...they and their "requirements" again-they try to drive people mad or what?

never mind -I just received the 5 national crates
I guess it lucrative to QQ sometimes

Hi, I believe rewards are not given right away, it does have a wait-time. What I do is after finished my games wait for 15-30min and then confirm my progress in the web site tracker then re-log into the game to confirm the rewards in my account.
