CrossFire supports griefing?

We all agree that CF has a problem with Chaters since the beginning and it seems they dont care to fix it anytime soon ( or ever). But what about Griefers?

There is no option to report such an antisocial behaviour.
Just a few minutes ago I requested the opponent team to kick a very obvious cheater (flying. killing through walls etc....) but the answer was NO from one them. And after a kicking vote where 5 pressed f11 and the rest f12 or nothing ( there were only 4 players nn my team and a bunch on the opponents. just fyi) i saved the gameplay and submitted a hacking report ticket against the cheater.

The worst thing is that a high ranked player gave his VIPs to the cheater so he can kill faster to win the match for them. Then I looked the high ranked player up on the website and guess what. He owns the honorable soldier ribbon because noone couldnt report him in any way. I have the match saved as replay of course to back my claim up.

Explain to me GMs/MODs: How is this contributing to fun and fair gameplay? Or better: Is CrossFire fun and fair anymore?

I couldnt play for a rather long time because of finishing my degree and studying abroad but CF has not changed for the better. Heck I would even argue it got worse since the last time i played over ap. 1 1/2 years ago.

Support can deal with the player, send a ticket with evidence.

They always press f12 as long as they have to kick a cheater but if is about a good player they know how to f11 and get rid of him.....that's our community.
