You know I've been playing cf for almost 9 years. Some of my high ranked friends got banned randomly , only because a disconnect which also because rooms are buggy. And you MODs are closing topics after just saying there are no unfair bans, but that guy was right about ban waves. And now , at this weekend half of Crossfire players are using hacks. I wished that I was joking. It is obvious that report system should be improved to make people eagerer to use it (like adding the system in game and removing unnecessary questions like timing. If you only check the player that name is given, it is crystal clear to find out if uses hack or not. ) . I remember that some people opened a topic for report system improvement too. But unfortunately it remained just like how it is. Also I wonder what kind of a security system it is ? It seems like for nothing, I guess. How should people ENJOY playing this game ? If I was a new player , after seeing all these I would uninstall game immediately. I share their feelings.

Not sure about your friends but my clanny posted in group recently when logging on and got the “perm ban” pop up when he tried log but I think it was some error.. haven’t checked but I think he can log now, since it had happened to another mate and it randomly went away for him and was able to log again.

About the security part well pretty much nothing, no valid email confirmation during creation or any two step verification. It’s CF shouldn’t expect these things, which is anyone can make an account with tgttgtff@hotmail.com. None the less I don’t know your friends so can’t say 100% that it could be an error but yes in some cases.

I would tell my friend to try it again. And yeah people randomly create accounts and then use hacks. Nothing about security part is improving, somehow. Have you seen report system of Call of Duty ? You only click "Report player" and the reason of it , on profile of cheaters. Rest is handled by admins.

This report won't work here in this game dude and the reson is our community can't handle such fetures.
I wont explain it more, i suppose you get what i mean.;)

Yeah exactly . And today Eagle Eye map is buggy. I got 2 disconnects randomly. GG

So after looking at group chat, they said his account is staying banned and its a 8 year old account, not sure what to say. Would be nice if they least shown him something.
