Hello, I completed the crossfire world challenge (all the missions) today but I have not received the soccer ball gold reward yet. Does anyone have an estimate on how long these sort of event rewards usually take to be delivered?

usually they deliver the prize the first patch after the end of the event

You have to wait for the next patch day. Big chance it will be the next day after the event finished.
