Can any of the GMs help me because this support team doesn't help too much
My account got banned for violating game'sTerms of Service, i already told them 4 times that my account got hacked because of some stupid egy hacker send my a link for bot farm and there is a Trojan virus on that link
But the answer was the fcking same in all of my 3 tickets :

Well you didn't even read my messages you just copy past your words in all my 3 tickets
Also before that i already send to them a 4 tickets for recovery my account before the scammer violating the game's rules, but they keep reject all my requests because of the date of birth was wrong,already all my proofs was right only the date of birth was wrong, for god's sake if you was just helping me and back my account before the scammer violating the rules....
My answer is, is that support team here to help us or to waste all our times. or they just abusing their powers against us ?
I hope that the Game Masters can help me on my issue, this why i'm writing here on the forum

My IGN before the scammer hacked my pc was : -ASsRoF.?
And after the scammer steal my account he change it to : Spear
