Dual Karambit Champion

Hi, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask or if it was asked already but is the Dual-Karambit Champion avaiable during the entire season?
A friend told me that I can only get it until 5th of july so I had to get my 250wins until this day. Is it true or can I slowly play some ranked matches for a few weeks to get my Karambit?

I think it is available until the season ends. I don't know when it ends so someone is going to have to look that up for you. Pretty sure you can slowly still play ranked matches and don't have to rush it. If I am wrong then you can slap me.

Also, I am not very familiar with ranked matches since only a small number of people play it.
