cant get to log in screen

I put a new rig together. asus m5a97mb evga gtx1060. windows 10 ver 1803. I was playing on my lap top with windows 10 through my network just fine. I get to the play screen after i click play it goes to a full black screen with a blue circle that just spins. If i wait long enough I get mfc not working or i have to task manager and end it. I have turned off all firewall and virus protection that came with windows. I also set cf.exe and patcher .exe to windows 7 compat. I am on as administrator.

dude listen I knew what causes the problem its the video card I uninstalled its driver the worked but with a horrible fps I updated my video card graphics driver to its latest the worked perfectly so it might be your video card driver
