Ban Wave against innocent Players, while Hacker can keep Hacking. GG Z8Games

During the last 3 days ive heard about alot of innocent Players getting banned for nothing. I do not talk about accounts created 10 days ago im talking about account which are mostly more than 2-3 years old.

Since the release of xigncode alot of innocent players got banned and never unbanned, because the Stuff doesnt want to care about these players. GM's
can't even name the exact reasons just standard phrases for everyone. Best Support ever.

I know there alot of kids abusing the support ticket from Middle East with im banned no reason spams.

But those who have spend alot of money and time to play fairly and actively getting punished while still hackers are destroying Ranked Matches .

Is that the way how people who spend alot of money and time into this game getting threatened, because the GM's believe machines cant make mistakes.
Xigncode is one of the worst AntiCheats ever and the cheapest. So perfect to use it for a game like CrossFire.

Relax. Everyone who's been banned permanently deserved it unless in rare occasions. How rare you might say? As rare as my flashbang. Anyways, I knew someone who was hella fishy but was not sure until he was reported on discord and banned. He then tried to sell me the "I'm innocent" until he got caught in his lies. Everyone will say they're innocent in hopes of getting their account back.

Tl;dr he deserved the ban

Then in those cases, a support ticket was sent and they investigated or w/e and unbanned them.

If they sent in a ticket and support said they still have proof they cheated then its final. I used to be worrier about "innocent bans" but it's mostly all bs.

All permanent banned accounts has reasons why they got banned. Make sure you didn't let your friends to use your account, bcs any 3rd program can ban your acc like the vpn one. And if you still have questions regarding your account, You may send a ticket via Support system, thank you

Thanks why i deposit much less than before, just keep some ZP and deposit when good pre-sale on VIP or some crate.
I am also afraid of the permanent ban for nothing, around 8 years here and play time to time for the fun, but this fear is still in me.
I guess it just require a repport for a huge QQer and replay with some awesome random lucky shoot and all and you are done.

In fact, i don't know. But if some players been unbanned there must be a reason.

Well, i've been reported a lot of times, always getting called a cheater in rankeds, pubs, anywhere... I haven't been banned from any CrossFire yet, but i do know that if i do get banned one day, nobody will actually believe that i was legit and i highly doubt that if i try to contact CrossFire they will unban me.
Well, i guess all we can do is:
1- Never cheat or downoad any type of illegal programs to your PC.
2- Hope that you won't get unfairly banned.

This is one of those times where I have to say I am against anyone who cheats, I never understood why anyone would want to cheat when its an easy game to play and kill without it. It just makes no sense, to me. Now my account has been banned because of hacking and I have NEVER hacked in my life any game I play. I have a pc at my boyfriends house and one at home. I sometimes play at a friends house too. He has 2 pcs. too .(for friends to play games together when we play its funner next to eachother)..After reading this post, I guess that would mean that I have used 4 pcs, but I Have never hacked and that was my reason they say for the ban. I have been playing this game since it started, and I play all the time. I really am upset , i do not hack. What can I do?

she didn’t know that her dad got a vpn on his laptop when she used it..

I never see about it.
But i have a problem with IGN Change Item and support don't helped, just a automatic reply...
But my friend helped me and give a ZP as gift and i changed my IGN back, after this i think the support is bad
Playing since 2009 and when need help we dont have.

I also am afraid of the unfair ban it happened to me before about 4 years ago (14 days) and i sent a ticket about it and i got a robot generic response that i didn't respect the terms and conditions. Since then i take all the bull abuse and name calling like a champ never responding back ex vip nub farmer hacker and worse things, just because they penalised me and i dont know to this day what for. Anyways i play all the events and the latest one gives out the dual karambit which i would like to get but i always play ranked with a stick up my a.. because i know that game mode is full of hackers and they occasionaly get banned and somehow i know that for that 250 wins i have to play at least 400 games to get them and so there are a lot of chances to get reported even though i never used hacks. I am afraid of loosing my account because it cost me about 3000 dollars over the years and a good part of the last 9 years of my life. Judging by my past experience with the support team i am 100% sure they also ban legit players and do nothing to get them unbaned.

There are no unfair bans. Send a ticket if you have a question regarding a ban. Also report hackers as you encounter them. Thank you!
