Where is my golden ball? :(

I just finish to complete the world champion event but I didn't get the golden ball yet =(

And no I didn't "farm",it took me about 20 hours to finish it,event started 5 days ago,4 hours a day and walla

Any way,support said "Please note that rewards for this event will be distributed after the event has ended."

Like really?wtf?why add the golden ball in the 2nd patch of next month and not in the patch from 2 weeks ago or yesterday patch?What the point of add it after the (real life)world cup is ended and not now while it's going?

Well since its a perm item, they have always distributed this at the end of the event, which is 30 days. So you dont have to worry now, just wait till July 15th to enjoy the golden ball and for now enjoy the World Cup 2018 as well.

Congratulation on completing the event. But I don't think you've completed the event in 20 hours when the minimum hours require to complete it is ~38 hours.
