Do reported and obvious cheater get even punished ?

I still got over 10 tickets unanswered or whatsoever reporting hackers. How exactly can I be guaranteed that the support staff is serious about punishing hackers and keeping this community a bit cleaner ?

It just can't be possible that I get to play with or against hackers (especially in ranked) in every 3 games.

Yes they do get banned if you report them through support with a replay. They will not tell you that the person is banned or not.

Take my advice and only play Ranked S&D on weekdays.

No, those of z8games they never do anything with the hackers, I have already reported 10 people and in one month checked and none have been banned.
im playing this game 8 years and now I will not spend a cent more in this game, they only care about money, making boxes impossible to touch,.

olglgkg I can tell you're a troll, you're posting on an alt good job man. They do ban and I know for a fact that they do, I have had many players banned for hacking and glitching. You either didn't summit the right replay or you didn't type the hackers name in correctly when filling out the hack report or maybe they just don't hack in the first place.

]K[illa I'm troll? I'm just an angry player, spend 400€ for playing with hackers. Yea many people banned for hacking, but u know this its a free game, they just can make a new account.
I share right replay and type correctly name, and week later i checked reported people profile, and i see they are still playing.
Today I played 6 ranked games and 6 had been hacks, z8games people never do nothing, im sure if u search on google, crossfire na hack 2018 y can download that easy.
(and sorry for my english, but im from spain, and I do not control very well this language, and i dont know if u can see my reply, its my first time use forum)

of course you can find them that easy, hell you can find them easy for anygame even games that aren't free. no game will ever be hack proof, theres hackers/botters/dupers/exploiters/glitchers/scripters on every game i've downloaded and played even browser based games... z8/support/gm's do ban players and reported players from support do get banned. i have reported many players who have been banned, sure might take support team a week to get to the ticket depending on how backed up they are at the time.

best advice to you is don't play ranked during the weekends.

No, no one has been banned,I checked my reports a year ago when I stop playing, and look at their last connections I saw how they played weeks before, i check my reported ticket and everything was fine.
Ye you say all games there are hackers, but it is difficult to download a hack, but on this game 10 years kids can do, find on Youtube or google. And if they get banned, just make a new account, and repeat, z8games need create a new anticheat and more workers.
I've been a year without playing, and the only thing has changed is that they have taken out more boxes and all weapons are only reskin, this tells me, z8 workers are only interested in money and not make a good game. Im played this game since 2012 and they have made this game a big play2win with vip weapon and full hacks.

look if you don't believe people are getting banned fine then, don't post telling other players on the forums that they don't get banned when they do. If you knew the game you'd know that there is a whole community right now reporting and getting players banned for cheating. You can find a tutorial on youtube for anygame, if you dont believe it then w/e. I have played many games and I have played CF since 2009, I have dealt with the hack waves and I have also reported and got them banned. Z8 aren't the ones who make the patches, so you shouldn't blame them for the crates/vips that are being added. CF is not Pay2Win, about everything they have ZP wise you can get free so tell me how its pay2win? a vip doesn't give a skill called "i can make your aim godly", there for its not pay2win.

Wow , Look, I'm not going to talk to a fanboy who defends a game and does not want to accept the opinion of another person. I told you to look at the profiles of the hackers and they have not been banned and if you do not believe me it's your problem, but if you're going to tell me something, let it be with arguments. The vip weapons do not give you skills ?, I bought two vip weapons and you can tell the difference with a normal weapon.

I'd post proof of cheaters getting banned but its against the rules and its not worth it. You're free to believe whatever you want, just so you know the honorable doesn't disappear anymore until they login again and if they're perm banned then they'll never be able to login for the honorable to disappear. Sure VIPs M4's give advantages full wall bang and a right click, m4 patriot (bandage) & m4 royal & and a few other m4's are full wall bang & m4 Jewel vip has 80% wall bang same as xm8 which is gp and gp crate. I have used these guns, I have seen the videos of comparing them and isn't much of a difference in my opinion and i still use reg m4/ak.

I've already told you, in case you do not know, you can see in the profiles of people their last connection and none has been banned, the honorable I do not care that because they are not going to ban anyone.
I see people with Vip weapon with hacks on ranked and does not hide the hack so that nobody notices because the hackers they also know with no one is going to ban them.
And another thing that I have also told you, if by any chance somebody has been banned, this is a free game, you create another account you go to mileage shop and take Minimi gold and they will continue to **** the game.
And finally yep u said y had used those guns, but sure its on event when every people have vip weapon and that not its the same.

Dude the game is P2W, there's no way around it, ofc you can still beat those guys who spray and pray with the M4 VIPS, 9A-91, M14EBR or others, but that's because most of them are bad af (that's why they use those things in first place). If you're playing against a "decent" player even if you're better than him you'll still get killed a lot of times because of the wallbangs, ez recoil, fast reload, extra ammo... (M4)
I'm kinda OK with the AWM VVIP and the knives, maybe the AK-47 as well.
I've been playing for a long time as well, and to be honest i don't even care that much about OP guns atm, i just try my best to ignore them, but i've always been against OP things.

About cheaters, they are really annoying, i'd really appreciate being able to play some FFAs in the weekends so i can level up faster with the 999% boost, i need the boost so i can get to a higher rank since i was a EU player that recently came back to NA because EU has like 1 and a half channel full lol.
I do know that rank doesn't matter at all, but most of the community actually care about it. For example, if i'm a SFC 30/10 in a S&D, getting some decent kills, most of them will probably just look at TAB and kick me, specially on weekends. On the other hand, if i'm already a Major maybe they'll think a bit about it, try to watch me playing when they're dead or something.
In my opinion they should at least show something saying "BANNED" near your report if the player actually got banned.

I would also love that EU regions were able to create new accounts and play CFNA again, but that's probably not going to happen, i have so many friends that i've met in EU and since they only started playing CF in the EU version they can't play NA, and as i already explained, EU servers are almost dead. I'm from Portugal btw.

See this guy: z2]SnipeR- It's in diamont win: 101 lose: 19. He just fck 101 games, and I reported him 1 mounth ago, and i can see how he last coneccion its 5 days ago, i dont know if he had been banned but u need know this form of report its very usseles

if he hasnt played within those amount of days then chances are hes banned, and you shouldn't make hackusations here on the forums. please also remember that the GM/Support team do not work 24/7 and I am sure they're backed up with hack reports due to the amount of cheaters there are..

I do not know if you are a worker or something to defend them like that, to fix hacks they do not have but to get new patch with new boxes they have, I have not been able to play this game for a month because the only ways I play is FFA and Rankeds. Of course, now that summer is coming, the children arrive with their easy hacks to download without difficulty and there is no one to play this game. You look at YouTube a hack video 2018 download hundreds of thousands of reproductions nobody reports it and everyone gives it to like

I understand trust me I play ranked and pub and suffer the same issues but I do know that the GMs/Support Team do ban those who cheat when there is proof. hackusations are not allowed on the forums/discord doesn't matter if the player is cheating or not. Only reason I am defending the GMs/Support team is cause I remember when the old GM's/Support team didn't really care and didn't bother to ban cheaters, I know the ones we have now are trying and doing their best at banning them.

I want to have the same confidence as you, but I have already lost confidence in the support team. In 2 months there have been 3 waves of hacks, and each wave has lasted for weeks. I say that apart from banning could get a new antihack system.
Also the reporting system is garbage, save replay, put ign, hacking type and Rounds that Hacking Occurred if im playing FFA and i want report what do ihave to put on rounds that hacking ocurred? 12 min? They need a easy report system within the game where you can report immediately after finishing the game.

I agree that they should add a ingame report option, but at the same time I disagree cause it will be abused. For FFA you put 1 round since there isn't a round. They can't add a new anticheat until their contract with the one they have expires, then they can choose to either renew it or go with a new anticheat. GM's/Support we have now are doing the best they can, there are many people helping them as well. Hacks will never be gone in anygame, sure there are some games that have decent anticheats but theres still hackers in them (most hacks that get caught in those games are public ones, not VIP hacks/private hacks).

I do not know if the support is working well, but the report system has been in place since 2009 and they have not changed. Yes, the hackers will always be, but you can reduce the amount.
In addition, the z8games team is not the one that makes the game, they simply get the smilegate license to create a server in Na and Uk nothing else, apart from creating events, banning hackers and keeping the server I do not see what more work they have, I played also Chinese crossfire and you did not see a single hack, the game was clean because they have a good antihack system

I had a similar issue but the gut was actually banned. It's just that they don't reply to the reports. Meanwhile having at least a verdict system saying [Valid] [Invalid] after dealing with a report would solve all of this as it'll be very clear that the report has been dealt with and will also show some appreciation to the reporter.

Don't buy ZP anymore. This game is full of hacks and nothing gets done.

It does have replay, it's only S&D AD Ranked that doesn't have save replay (If they haven't fixed it now).
