Fastest/Best mode for grinding ranked?

What mode is in your guys opinion best for grinding ranked wins?

Play knife match ONLY if you are a knifer player, otherwise egy knifers will destroy you.

Never really played TDM so I cant comment on that.

SnD is fast when you team wipe enemies and probably the most significant/prestigious ( after 250 wins you will probably be high platinum / diamond ).

Last but not least NEVER ever play on weekends unless you queue with a cheater or you are a cheater yourself :P

I've found it easier to play knife ranked, quicker games generally make it quicker to level and so on.
