Dear GM, I created my crossfire Profile since june, 2014 and didn't play the game since 4 years and now i wanted to play it again, But there is a problem now when i opend my account i saw that the IGN is Changed to "CTM_08747687" i don't know why that happend to me and i don't think that it was in the Rules of the game or the Terms of use So i think i have the right to get my Old IGN back and thank you for your understanding and reading this Post.

Its their right, you agreed...
But there is a simple solution: Try change your name back, you now have 1 use free. If it works problem solved, if not choose something similar or different

You have a free IGN Change Item in your storage on crossfire. You won't be able to get your name back unless the player has quit playing for a long period of time.
