The reason i took a year break

So last year in the summer, try to have some fun and what i get? fast kife, fast running speed hmx hackers...one year later, what i get? fly out of the map, that weird hack with non-vulnerable players...and i know is not MODs or GMs fault, is more likely the company, just like blizzards when they started printing money with hearthstone...are they to few GM and can't ban players? or how come they are so many hackers, and really i don't get it, it is so obvious that they hack, and still nothing happens to them...and i am not talking about a random trainee hacker, i am talking about staff sergeant and lieutenant..so they should been hacking for a while..and also what's with all the "afk" dudes, like i see a lot of general rank players having the afk hack...is that legal? is perm ban? because if now i don't mind having one of those, free exp, free point, free ribbon, ez game, because even they don't care about getting banned or something.
