"Total Recall" Event

Hey guys, I've pretty much completed this event and still havent got any rewards, here is a proof that I played atleast all of the time that is required for the event .
I believe that if you have completed the "May Madness" event , which means all of events in May , you must've completed the "Total Recall" by then.





I also sent a ticket and here is what they reply , I atleast finished 1 hour , then I should have a small number of Free Titckets..

P.S Im aware that I cant post any scrennshots that are related of the support system and their respone but I had to , to let you know that there is some error in the distribution of this event.

It says the following:

".... If you've Played CrossFire after September 1, 2017, but have been away since March 1st, 2018, we're offering rewards for you to return to the battlefield--it's a Total Recall!"

Are you sure your account aligns with the above requirement? -> played after September 2017 but NOT logged since March 1srt, 2018
Many players weren't eligible because of this.
