Unique Permanent Weapons And Items In The Mileage Points Shop

I heard somebody talking about the Ronin VVIP characters' MP boost ability, and it reminded me about the Mileage Point shop. Forgetting about the dumb annoying cooldown mechanic in the shop , the Mileage Point Shop has alot of pointless and meaningless content in it and is pretty barren, in regards to permanent items/items that cost a significant amount of MP. Other than the Orchid character, and that Noble Silver D.E. pistol, there's really no other reason to save MP after that, especially since you only get to keep 12,000 of your grinded MP each month.

My question is will we ever get more meaningful content such as unique permanent weapons/items, or items that cost a high amount of MP for the Mileage Point Shop? It makes no sense to have a bonus MP boost skill on a VVIP character even though there's really not much to be offered in the shop and your MP will just go to waste. That would make this a useless ability to begin with.

Lastly: The special Marshall character doesn't count, only 1-3% of the Crossfire community actually has a max rank and is able to use the character. Releasing GP or MP characters that barely anybody can use, just to say "Hey we released free characters!" doesn't solve anything. I don't see myself getting a max rank in the next 2 months.
