i get Ronin and m4a1 iron .. After I open the game .. found m4a1 iron .. but ronin not found it ... what's the problem ؟؟

Ronin VVIP will be delivered to your account after the maintenance later this week (either Wednesday or Thursday).
Ronon isn’t in the game at the moment so it cannot be added to your account. Once the character has been added to the game during the maintenance, it will be delivered into your storage.
