What happen to my Monthly Mixup Ribbon i did mission every month and after the last updated it's gone also i already hit 20 Ribbons i dont got the M4A1 Custom Crystan yet.
But i got Ribbon not the gun yet.

Website ribbons and rewards are updating slower, I had 3 ribbons pending.. but I submitted a ticket to GM and received them all

P.S. Website ribbons and rewards are updating slower ( for some reasons) - but you will get your rewards, don't worry about.

If you are ever having issues with ribbons, wait 48 hours to see if they deliver. If there still is an issue you can always send a ticket and be assisted by a GM that way.

It's 3days now but I still dont got it "(
