I want to give my feedback about CF NA. Feel to read and place your own feedback or say your opinion about my feedback.

Server hosted
I know where and who is hosting the server, but right now it's like someone tried to put a nail through a potato and somehow got electricity out of it. This is the most important thing for a game. If you can't make even a stable server. Good luck on having players stay here. In the other game, everything was fine there were around 8-9 million players playing the game, but server was never stable of that the game has right now around 5k players. Also, crossfire isn't the only one with this problem.

Tick of servers
For who doesn't know what tick is. Search on google. This is one of the most important things of a shooter game. Most of the time if I spray with the ak or snipe someone with my sniper. The bullet hit the player but it didn't register on the servers. There is a lot of games where isn't tick needed but they have more than in CF. For me, the servers feel it has 16 tick.

Spawn protection in FFA
This is more for the people who have a good ping. Since if I respawn my spawn protection is like the speed of light. For me, it feels like that I have only a spawn protection less than 1 second. While people with a lot of ping. Feels like they have a big invisible truck with armor protection in front of them.

Characters
I wonder, when will CF get a 18+ when we load the game. I am talking about the characters, they're getting more naked these days. I wonder in which military they have girls with showing their bras and slip. I thought this was a game for killing people. Not having a kinky moment when you're dead in S&D. On some chars, you can just see the slip even if don't move the camera position. Also I wonder who ever made the new vip character. I don't know what he kind of nurse he get, but I guarantee there isn't any kind of nurse that walks like that in the hospital. (Talking about the new vip character special in ZM).

Events
Some rewards of events are even not worth to do. Like June 2018 monthly mixup. Nobody will use a PSG-red dragon in this game ever. Most of the time I don't play this game even when there isn't a event. But I also skip playing this game when I see a event with rewards that aren't worth it. Or the one where I have to do a specific game mode and play that for a lot of time. Last month with the bot tdm, I guarantee whoever completed the whole event, was not at this keyboard or doing something else on their second monitor.

I just want the servers back to normal and my ping as well. Is that too much to ask for?

I have been very vocal about my oppinion of picking a new server host (since this one is grilling cheese with our servers) and whilst doing so upgrade the tick rate of the servers. Just updating the tick rate alone along with servers that are not down 21 hours a day will make the game feel much MUCH better. Even with a little higher ping it feels much better and more responsive to play the game with better tick rate (the 80-100 ping players would get very pleased). Virus alone pays the cost of a server upgrade every month let's be real. On the character and event points I can see your point but I do not completley agree.

Server Hosted- I know the servers were never the greatest, but they got worse than what we had years ago, feels like cf is trying to save some money hence why they downgraded

Tick- I feel the tick/reg increased for me since i came back to cf, i had it worse in my memories but, when i fight some1 sharing a low ping like i do, the reg is just non existent

Spawn Protection- Fully agree with u on that, always hated it, thats why i never enjoyed FFA

Characters- P**** makes the world go round.

Events- i cant agree with you on that, i played cf in a time where we had little to no rewards for events (play 50h in 2 weeks, get a ribbon and a 7 day spray) nowadays it feels like ppl just got greedy with rewards. Everybody wants a VIP or 2 for just loging into the game, and assoon as rewards arent that great everybody gets mad, i agree that the psg1 is bad, and no1 will use it for real but look at last month, we got a power axe.

Now heres some of my own thoughts

EP shop- i really liked the idea when they implemented the EP shop. Make events, let ppl decide on wich rewards they would prefer, the frist few months it was great but then for some reason it downgraded alot. how many EP events (not counting weekend play time) we had this year? 3? feels like the typical z8 idea that seems great, but got forgotten again.

MP shop- pretty much the same as said above, imo we dont need a new OP perma gun every 3 months, but rather swap the temp stuff more often,

Coupons- I like how they are not giving out rare old guns for free with the coupon shop. its so easy to get coupons nowadays, ppl should stop complaining that the guns in that shop arent "good" its annoying enough to fight 9a91's and mausers already. like said above, swap the temp stuff more often

Staff- Im really fine how the "new" staff is working WITH the community nowadays, they listen to feedback, get in direct contact with players if they have to.

Discord- the discord is one of the best things z8 has done in the past few years, its like a live forum to me, if u need help just ask any1 and u get an awnser within minutes

Storage Order- FIX IT, theres no "system" behind the way it currently is.

-About the first 2 points im with u,even if these are "little" problems that can be easy fixed if they want...
-About ffa im also with u,i usually have 10-22 ping and what u said i notice a lot during the 750kills of may,and this is a serious problem in ffa even if i dont have a real solution for this "problem" i agree with u
-About the char i really dont care maybe u are right or wrong like u said i m more focused on killing,about this topic the problem that i see in gmae is when someone of other team have the same char of my team,and this bug is know from a lot but no1 ( the developers) have do nothing for now
-Event=like u if there isn't an event i dont play there isn't nothing more to say
+1 if i can i would add 1 point...The hak during the week end
they abuse the fact that during the week end the support dont work and the have an account with they can have fun for the duration of 3 days for me the better solution to hak it's always been put some gap level (like in uk-4) and limit the entrance we could make 1 server(1 for uk and 1 for NA) for begginer 1 free and the others with the same gap level but an high gap level thanks for listening

When the game was at Subagames and after as well, the servers were never this bad. What it has become is unacceptable. They need to stop cheapening out and start using some of those VVIP sales money for better servers, and stop thinking short term.

Free For All is terrible, and has many problems, probably the most frustrating mode in Crosfire. The spawn protection should be 2 seconds, and should disappear instantly when the spawned player shoots other people. Also they need to fix spawning, you could kill somebody and there's a chance they'll just spawn behind you or beside you. They need to make people spawn in the empty/least populated spots on the map. I hate having to get 90 kills but having to die 60 times because of a trash spawning system. When a Counter-Strike deathmaatch public server has better mechanics than an official game, then there's a problem with how the mode is handled.

This game caters to sexually deprived 14 year old kids that can't get girlfriends. Those same 14 year old kids buy these said characters. Sex sells. If it didn't work they wouldn't keep doing it.

And honestly, this game is more "Run N' Gun" arcade shooter than Military shooter.

Events

Some of the rewards of these events are pretty horrible. I think they should improve rewards from events, maybe have events that reward permanent weapons, for example a special, uniquely designed AK-47 that can only be obtained via an event, maybe even experiment with characters as well. Like the previous event. They don't always have to do this. I'm not a fan of timed rewards. There's nothing wrong with crates, but at the same time there's no guaranteed you'll get what you're trying to achieve.

this is a point that me really p1ss off. one of the rarest Ak-s, the AK-Xmas is to find at the Bottom of the Storage. wooot.

For me it is sometimes fine, sometimes unplayable like directly after a maintance. Better severs definetly wont hurt.

Tick of servers
I dont really notice the tick. The only problem i see is if the enemy itself is lagging...

Spawn protection in FFA
Thats really anoying; in some cases i get killed befor my rifle can do its first shot but get shot by barett players without doing dmg to them.

Characters
Its quite many female chars but i dont complain, everyone can choose what he likes.

Events
Monthly mixup is basicly to renew armor and ribbon. Could also be usefull for new players, i dont care about those temp weps...

More
One of the biggest issues of the game is hacker. If the game doesnt detect them automaticly there should be a system that prevents them from creating more accs so reporting actually helps.
Next one is the support system; you can really get despaired while trying to talk to them.

I agree with everything you said and if I were to make a post about the issues I have, it would be pretty similar.
I just want to add and answer some things.
1. While the UK servers work decently nowadays, there are still a lot of errors which seem to be server based. The NA servers seem to be trash, and I can feel for the players there because everyone remembers the state of the UK servers a year back.
2. TBH I know nothing about the tick rate of the servers z8 is using, but I can guess that, based on the overall performance of the servers, it's pretty bad. Either that, or the client update rate (The rate at which the client receives updates from the server. For example, if the client update rate is 20, and the server tick rate is 64, the client might as well be playing on a 20 tick server.Source Reddit) is pretty poor. Also, on some modes like weapon master tdm the hit reg is laughable. When 1 in 2 shots register, there's something really broken with the mechanics of the game.
3. It's just broken, can't add anything else to this (actually I could but there's no point in doing so).
4. Tam Tam Tamy responded to that. 14 year olds get their hard on watching almost naked digitised teens. Personally I find it crude and sexist, especially since the provocative apparel is only for the female characters.
5. The events are just boring. They have just become a two hour per day grind, either to get the needed time or the needed kills. They should start making events like the 8 year anniversary and the crossifre goals(when the requirements are not absurd). Honestly I don't really care about the rewards, the biggest reward for me would be the enjoyment of completing an interesting event, not griding the cops and robbers game mode just to get 30 crates with close to 0% win rate.
EIther give us bigger win rates, which they won't do because some people spend big money for their collections or at least give us enjoyable events.
Regarding the hacking situation:
Add a 2 step verification process for creating new accounts. When someone goes to register a new account, ask for a mobile number to send an activation code. Hacking would essentialy dissapear within a week.
I could go on and on about these topics because I care deeply about this game, but it has reached a point were the game isn't fun anymore.
Two positive things I'd like to mention:
The GMs are some pretty nice people and if they didn't have the corporate overlords that is Smilegate dictating what they do, I believe they could make cf a nice game again.
While there are still hackers in the game, the numbers are low and the game on that front is playable.
