This game is so trash right now
Do you guys even care about the state that CrossFire is in, or is it just about milking it as much as you can since CF2 is coming out soon?
75% of the time, it's unplayable due to server issues and these issues usually last hours until they're addressed. Bugs and glitches are everywhere and some of them have been in the game for YEARS. Why is that?
Hacks are still very prominent. People have complained about this for awhile now and what does Smilegate do? Release more crates and VIP to purchase. What a joke of a company...
Even when the game is somewhat playable, you can't really enjoy it due to all the 200+ ping players (mainly from Egypt and surrounding areas). They lag and teleport and kill you in the most BS ways. Why even call it North America server when 99% of the ongoing playerbase isn't anywhere near North America. Just rename the server to Egypt. That would make more sense.
Also, why can't I tab out of the game while playing? Why does CF feel the need to take over my entire PC when I start it up? Sometimes I like to play music when fragging and a song I don't like comes on, but I can't tab out to change it because my PC now belongs to CrossFire. Seriously, this isn't such a hard thing to fix, yet it's been here for the longest time ever.
There are so many more things I can complain about, but what's the point. I'm just another post that's going to be ignored by Smilegate. They make too much money to care about the state of the game. I mean, seriously, $125 for a gun? Please process that through your head, guys. IT'S UNREAL. Yet, sooooooo many people have fallen into the trap and purchased (myself included). So much profit, yet they can't pour any of into actually polishing and making the game better.
Good game = happy playerbase = MORE MONEY

When CF finally dies, which it will soon, the blood will be on your guys' hands. Then when the remaining 10 Egyptian players are still playing the game and you guys are making nowhere near as much money as you used to, you will wish that you had actually fixed the game instead of ignored it for so many years.
I absolutely love CrossFire. I've played it for so long and have so many hours put into it and it makes me sad to see the disgusting state it's been put into. Smilegate, you are losing players day by day. Don't let this issue get to where it becomes irreversible. FIX YOUR GAME AND LISTEN TO THE PLAYERS THAT CARE.

I'm just another post that's going to be ignored by Smilegate. So much profit, yet they can't pour any of into actually polishing and making the game better.
This pretty much sums everything up. Can't wait to see posts from ribbon hunters that the game is absolutely fine, without issues and people who complain are crybabies and should quit. -

Yes, you're right. I've noticed this as well. These newer events give out so many crates and they even give out VVIPs to use. It was NEVER like this before. Ever notice that as soon as one of these events starts up, all the channels and servers are FULL to the brim? People don't play the actual game anymore, they just farm the crates and free stuff being given out.....
It's just another sign of CF's inevitable death. -

Only turks and egypteans (mohamad, mehmet) and other g*y names are in this games.
I wanna play competitive I play with players with names "02158951858" or "safkgak22g".
This game is going to die very soon.

I agree with you and I have addressed the issue before but as usual it was ignored. Events are the only reason people keep coming back but its a dying game as many have said. Even if the game closes they already have made more profit from the game than the costs of the game itself I believe. Plus CF CHiNA is the big milking cow not CFNA. We are just the leftover scraps. Even if CFNA dies, CFCHINA alone is a good milking cow for Smilegate. My biggest problem (amongst those problems who are out of control of the GMs) is the lack of support system and addressing situations. There are certain errors, ribbons, events, mistakes made by z8, hacker situation or servers being in a sh... state that took not days, not weeks but MONTHS or YEARS to be addressed and solved. The lack of engagement with the community speaks is another one that comes to my mind.

They don't need devs to check reports and they don't need devs to show some sort of communication. Cf isnt the only game where they have devs in another country and their communication is fine so it's amusing how those lines are always used. All people asking for is -communication-.
How are people suppose to go complain to the devs when this is the only form of gate they have which just happen to be gms. So please your entitled to your opinion but when you have friends not logging on due to server issues it's a problem. This "go complain to devs" when the publisher in this case is z8 do have some job roles that don't require devs. When you live close to servers and your ping doubles and you start lagging nonstop most people would like to know why it is happening and will it get fixed, stable server is the fundamental basis of any online game. -
Smilegate doesn't care about the game. If they did, they wouldn't have released something as gamebreaking as VVIPS. Also support is trash. I reported a blatant cheater that hasn't been banned in months. He's also a high rank, has a platinum grade in Search And Destroy ranked matches (like the majority of cheaters), and still has the "Honourable Soldier" ribbon on his account. It doesn't even seem like the report made it to begin with, like all my other reports at the time, and I can't report the others from months ago because it seems the game corrupted my replays, some now just shows the same replay as others.
