Do we have Ping Limit IG because its needed, for example i was playing Hero Mode and i was camping inside cage, one guy was using something which could rise his Ping and Teleport to us
he had 60 ping and in one second it could turn into 400 - 500.
Do Glitchers get ban? or some kind of punishment? (we have many of them in Hero Modes also)

Somehow they disconnect their internet for 2-3 seconds and then reactivate it. Since it's so short the game doesn't crash them out.
I believe it would be very difficult to prove such a thing. I'd guess you'd need the replay and screenshots to prove that it was intentional(i.e on every round he stands outside the box and then teleports in).
Also I guess it's bannable but it's hard to prove that they did it on purpose.

Yes, it's bannable and no it's not very hard to prove if the perp does it in every other round. All you have to do is save replay, then open it and note down the time whenever they do that glitch. Write all this information in your hack report and they'll be banned real quick.
