I have problem when i tried to back my account again which stolen from me and when i send ticket it says that.. only.. how i solve it?

then is permanent banned, for reason as:

- hacking,
- glitching,
- bad behaviour (using bad words etc)

ok wait sir and what benefits from first information if i bought 7x vip and spent money just someone hacked my pc idk how but i want solve it..

From z8 point of view they can't know who is behind the keyboard (and is not a z8 obligation to verify that fact), if was you or another person, they only can see the account was breaking the rules (remember not only hacking is a permanent blocking offense... there also other actions that can lead to same result)

Therefore regarding you blocked account there is nothing else to do, will remain forever blocked.

The only thing you can do is to verify your pc to be clean and secured, and if you decide to create a new account, to be more carefull in the future.

Internet is filled with lots of malwares, trojans, keyloggers and other viruses and persons who want only to scam users... but behind the keyboard we are the only one responsable for our actions.

No man they can also help me.. i want back it and if it charge back i will do it.. i don any thing to back my account again..

and i don't play this game with banned account without reason...
