Security - and E-Mail change?
Hello,
I answer the Support with the Support Tickets about my Account.
My Acc is from 2011 and for me is Important that I know my Security and my current E-Mail, but it is more then 8 Years ago, I dont know anything.
I bought yesterday VIP and now it is more Important for me to know my Security, and E-Mail, thats why I want to change it in my current E-Mail
But the Support "BOT" give me always the same answer back, that I have to give more account data, but I do not know anything.. I was a Kid...
Please GM'S or Support is there a way to completely change my data?
Please...I want to protect my Account.. -.-*

Oh, what.. -.-* I cant believe it, that gives no other option...
And also the problem is that my email is not a real email, because it was previously possible to enter anything^^ ****ed...
Can please a GM answer me that gives no anything else to protect my Acc? ...
And .. It's my account ... it's weird that I know the data from that time, I just said I Enter something in the Security, and E-Mail because I was a stupid Kid who dont know how to safe a Account..
I am disappointed, the Support must help me.. -_-
Everyone has the right help ..I do not know how many times to say it but it's my account ... I cant blieve it must give a option ... for every player who dont know it.. pls

You are right that everyone deserves help. However, in order to help you verify that it is your account, we need specific pieces of information. Unfortunately if you do not have those pieces of information, you will not be able to recover your account. That is simply the rule. You are also right that every players wants a safe account. And this is one of the multiple ways we provide that to you, through making sure random people can't get a hold of your account if they don't know your information - even if the other side of that is that you can't access it if you forget your information.

Thanks for the Answer Kanadian! that means I have to live with that my account could be hacked? .. And I have not the change to recover the Password when I got Hacked.. and the Acc is lost? that means I'm in a very bad position for my account.. So far, no one knows my ID and PW. But I dont think that's good it's so long ago I cant help it if I do not know the data.. Thanks, I hope no one find out my data.call me hayace? dog
