They dont need to show evidence, as that sort of thing isnt done . If the system recognized a hacking tool, send a ticket so that the support team can look over the details over whatever happened and confirm/deny the claim.

Otherwise, theres nothing you can do about it.

i do send them ticket for this ,but every time was the same answer EVERY TIME !
