After i press play it doesnt open

How ever i was playing crossfire happily for more than 1 year but i formated my pc and when i download it i opened it. i pressed PLAY & the game doesn't launch. and my pc is 2GB ram and intel core i3 and 2.10GHz. i tried to fix it people told me turn off your antivirus i uninstalled it but nothing happened and i tried to delete the game and download it again for 5 times but the same issue is still. PLS TELL ME HOW TO FIX I CANT LIVE WITHOUT CROSSFIRE
