Blocked for 1 hour. Why? Before could not go to the matches, crashed a error 31.9. Guys who was it?

Sound more like network problem which led to this block, it happened to me as well,my internet was unstable i crashed 4 times in a row and yes i had 1 hour ban.

It seems that I understood because of what blocked me. Because the game was not updated, and I was able to enter the game. Now the client of the game has been updated. I wait 20 minutes to check whether this is so. ;P
