acount blocked for no reason

hi,

My acount i had for over 10 years has been permanently blocked cause i clicked one a button by acident, i bought a new mouse and clicked on a extra button once, just one time and get a permanent block, didnt even had one temporary ban.

For all these years i´ve seen players using programs to fly in the maps, walk trough walls, speed, kill with auto-aim.... and you block me cause i bought a NEW MOUSE?!???
go check my hacking report tickets, for years i´ve HELPED YOU smilegate or z8games to keep the game clean, and now i get a permanent block because of an acidental click.
it was not a program to change the game or give advantage, it was one click, couldnt you at least give me a temporary ban?! its an 11years acount and never used anything, doesnt that count for nothing? are you such suprime beings that never made one wrong click? omg, give me a break here, and spare me the comments "its in the terms and conditions"

support says i used an hack or game changing software.... really?? one click on a mouse tells you that, then why all the reports we make for hacking players??? their programs are too powerfull for your hacking device to detect?? that you dont see what they are using, maybe cause those programs are made by your staff, who else could change the game to make the character make those things, and everytime the game is fludded with hackers in every single room, the support is down, "in maintenence" how convenient...

try to see beyond your high chair that one case doesnt reflect all the rest
