Total Scam!!!

Well im someone who doesnt like to complain about things like that, but ive stopped this game 9-10 months ago
and i never thought ill play this game again untill ive seen the Total Recall Event.
Before i downloaded the game and i checked my profile and there it said aswell that i haven't play it for more than
9 months.

After dowloading the game i played , and played and played and played but no rewards.
So i decided to write a ticket and ther answer was, that theyll investigate.
Today i wrote again a ticket and i got the answer of "Unfortunately, after further investigation, we have found that this account does not qualify for the event."

Is that a joke ?
Or is that called Scamming??

Oh now i remember why i have uninstalled this game.... This game is a scam. Licensed Scamming

Just to let you know and so you do not waste your time.... you will not receive any items for the Total Recall event if you have not by now.
Z8Games messed up once again. If you login for the first time in a while, you get those rewards like the M4A1-XS-Legendary Dragon, the Mauser-Gemini and whatever else. The temporary ones.
If you claim those rewards, your account will be "glitched" towards the event in which it will reflect on their end that you have not been inactive since March 1st.

So long story short; if you claim those temporary rewards, Total Recall is useless for you.

Total sad thing... as you said, they always do towards their benefit instead of players benefit. Hope they can be more careful about this kind of things.
