I made the event on the 19th and 20th of the month and was not counted. I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible so that I do not waste my time since the first month and calculate them on the official website

Whats wrong with tracker , I've been playing all day and it show 0 minutes...
I have finished and have received all of the crates. My tracker is also correctly updated. So anyone who's experiencing problems with this event should send a support ticket. Although, if you played in "Single Bot Room" or whatever it's called, it won't count. Also, if you left before the game ended, it won't count. -
arrange the tracker. We are not going to lose all the event of the month because you have undatrolyed that, please, there are several players who have told us 0 minutes despite having played more than the estimated time dennos the 16 crates of day sunday as should be or at least digannos if we will be compensated in the next event for the error that presented the tracker arrange that now, we are many that we have not received anything

Would you fix your problems, we didn't waste our time for all the other events that started since May 1st for the "May Madness" event.. to be for nothing now!:mad::mad::mad:
We didn't receive our rewards for May 19th & 20th.
I've played over 3 hours on 19th and 5 hours on 20th.. tracker still shows 0 min and I didn't get my 8 crates for May 19th nor 16 crates for May 20th either "in case you say it's a visual bug with the tracker" :mad::mad::mad:
~ I have tried everything on both days.. tried playing on NA & UK servers, tried playing solo in empty servers and with players "5~8 players", tried playing for time "10~12 min." And for kills "100~150 kills", tried different difficulties "beginners, rookies and legends" ~
and yes already sent tickets to support with no response :mad:
i send several tickets and they never answered me
