i made a ticket for un ban my account it was
my account has been blocked permanent
my account has been hacked from like one year ago some one make key logger in cafe net and take it from me and he was know i forgot pass of my email address so i cant it back and yesterday when i talk with him he say he take block and i don't need it any more
i swear i wasn't play it wanst me
i tried to make ticket before to get it back but i tried many time and at last closed
and i dont know why he take block permanent i dont know if he was hacking
you can check my ip i didn't play with it from one or 2 year my account name in game was [aim]-[rat] and i heard he is change it and i dont know what is new name
my qus : was what it is my first car and answer was : bmw
am the owner and i tried to get back it many time but you didnt and he now give me account back and said to he blocked i dont need it any more i swear but i want back to game and as i said i sont know why he taked block i dont know if was play with hack or instal some one or what
finally i take my account back from him but it blocked you can ask my old clan about me my old clan was ghost mode clan : noise and my leader was : jonte i never play with hack
i really want back to play
at last you can check my ip and know it was aim rat who was play here and when account changed name i never play from my ip
at last thanks for hearing me
and please try to solve my problem i want back and play with my friend

when i try to back my account from the scammer you didnt you said we not sure you are the owner really lol and when scammer banned my account and give me it back and said try with gm if he back take it loooool
i tried many time to get it back and you didn't guys omg i will not start from 0 again

There's a reason the other account is considered permanently banned - because the ban is permanent. You have not been banned from playing. Create a new account. Next time make sure to play only on computers you trust and do not give your information to a scammer.

1-the problem is account high rank and have alot of zp weapon i cant get it again not good idea to make new account from 0 pay more money
2-i dont give scammer info of my account i just sit in cafe net for playing and i asked him before what i should do for change email i dont remember pass of yahoo so he keylogger and take id and pass i tried many time to talk with gm to give my account back and he didn't
3-i said un ban my account if i did half mistake ban me again
i hope you understand that i am oppressed

I have same problem.
Since 2009. I havent used any software other then z8 base software and updates.
I received today permanent bann notice without any proof.
So basically I am accused and sentenced wrongly ​​​without any proof.
i am prepared to connect with any sane GM via teamviewer so he can inspect my home laptop.

Now I need to find new online game.

the prblem is when you send ticket you feel like robot answer not gm answer and send anther ticket find the same robot answer it like ctrl+c and ctrl+v answer
