Hello guys,
Is using Tethering & portable hotspot '''icon which allows me to share internet from my Mobile to Laptop''' allowed or not allowed? i'm asking because my router stopped and won't work until next month and I want complete events so that i'm using Tethering&portable hotspot.

Does it counts as VPN or not ''because icon's name Tethering & portable (hotspot)'' ? My Acc is safe when i use it or there's problem might led my acc to ban?

Any GM or Mod or Forumer answer my questions pls?
