Pleeeeeeaseee somebody heeelp meee!! (Trying to recover old account)

I already sent 2 tickets to try and recover this account : Pyramid_Head <- that's the in-game username
I am willing to provide whatever information necessary to recover the account, but the responses I get from support have been "sorry, can't help without the right information", but they wont tell me what the information is, they just ask for information I don't konw. I mean, I am almost certain what e-mail is tied to it, I'm almost certain what the log-in username is, but I just need verification, because I don't 100% remember the password.

Please, I've been playing this game for years and I had a lot of guns in that account already. It's all just sitting there now and I can't access it. (((

I also want to point out that I'm having issues resetting the password for the e-mail address that I know could be the one linked to the account I'm trying to recover. I only have 4 e-mail addresses and 2 are recent so I know it's only one of two e-mails, but for the information I have to provide for the support ticket, it is not enough to proceed. I am just desperate at this point. There HAS to be something I can do. PLEASE DON'T FORSAKE ME !
