falsely accusation of hacking in game

It has been a week since my suspension, I received a huge support from my youtube channel, all of my viewers agree that my accusation of using hack in the game is very unjustified. all my clan member of 1vs15 can back me up that I do not use hack at all, mater of the fact, I am the worst player in this clan. I also play with some of the pro in the game, they are agreed that i don't use hack, some of the well-known gamers are gamers, Quickfire, 1000darkgamers. I also played with other clan and they were approved my skill: 5aints, myth.cn.

regarding the systems detected, I am using malware, I checked with other players, they also have the same issue where the systems block them from logging in and show hack tool detected, but when they try to re-log in, everything was fine. This was a long time issue many of us are facing.

with these being said, i wish you can reconsider my account's termination and review your evidence. if this decision was made based on a bot, I wish one of your GM can review my gameplay and they will be able to see I did not use hack at all.

I have submitted two tickets to the support team and still got the generic reply say the systems detected I was using hack. However, without any gameplay to prove this, it is really hard to believe that z8 games just so blindly suspended people's accounts.

I have same problem.
Since 2009. I havent used any software other then z8 base software and updates.
I received today permanent bann notice without any proof.
So basically I am accused and sentenced wrongly ​​​without any proof.
i am prepared to connect with any sane GM via teamviewer so he can inspect my home laptop.
