Support ticket went unanswered for over 2 months

Is the support center for this game working? I have an account which has been locked for chargeback since January of this year.
I'm not complaining about the fact that it was locked for chargeback, that was my fault. But what I am upset about is the ignore i've been received from whomever handling my ticket. I've made multiple tickets to pay for the chargeback and was met with silence or ticket closed or when I made inquiry about my situation, their only response was ticket has already been submitted??
What kind of backward communication channel you guys got here? In short I just want the issue to be resolve, if only they actually look at the ticket.. I can't even post on the forum with that account since they don't allow it.
