coupons away without a exchange?

Hey, i got a problem with the coupons ingame i got 51 and thougt all is ok...
Than my crossfire have a error message ok.... its normal....
After relogging i would look at my coupons and i only got 1??? oOoOoO
pls say me HOW can 50 coupons get lost without a exchange its a very bad bug i think and
i would get it back lol cause i pay for these coupons !!!!
I try the support too but no1 answering its a very bad action from z8games. And i am worry about this. U must think how many € or $ 50 coupons are???? very much <.< and than all lost without a exchange. unhappy -.-

Did you check your storage?show proof of all your guns that you dont have an AKA-Camo. Also is there proof that you had 51coupons.. :P if theres an AK-Camo idk how you can reverse that. If they do tell me.
