Bomb Error

Idk if anybody else is having this problem, but ever since the last patch im unable to plant the bomb. It shows the set-up bar and it shows the badge when it fills up, but the bomb is still in my hands, if i try to do it more than twice then i get an error and the game crashes. I can defuse just fine, its just planting.
