Are the free mobile surveys safe ?

I just saw some free zp surveys and they say to enter your phone number and send them and sms to get zp .
Is that safe ?

They are gonna charge you every week , do as me , get a new mobile card that you dosn't use and do the mobile surveys , you still get the ZP but you dosn't loose any money

no they are not you're just gonna get charged money for em ... only safe one is if you go to super rewards and click free and there is like a few mobile ones in the free section...

PS: if it's not in the free section IT IS NOT FREE xD ..
